Michael's Fitness Boot Camps are an awesome way to get some exercise and get to know your neighbors.
Michael leads a well-balanced workout that is challenging, varied, and accommodating to
the members of the group. His positive and encouraging attitude is just what you need at
6:30 in the morning! I've really enjoyed working on cardiovascular exercises, muscle toning,
and core strengthening alongside friends and neighbors.

Having Michael as my trainer was challenging, tough, educational, rewarding and a lot of fun. Michael not only brought me to the next level of my fitness goals but also expanded my thinking regarding exercise. While I was familiar with the whole mind-body concept, Michael helped me to understand it and apply it to my life.
Michael gave me an entirely new perspective on the meaning of a personal trainer. He made each session truly my own. He was present for the entire session and would even check on me between sessions. He would make time to speak with me about my fitness goals, gave me unbelievable nutrition information and cooked some truly wonderful healthy food.
I have a truly crazy and insane work schedule with limited times and days that I was able to work out with Michael. He always found a way to work with my schedule and me. Eventually, my schedule became even crazier and precluded my ability to work out with Michael. However, he never stopped training me. He created amazing workouts for me that I could do on my own and he continued to support me via phone and email. Although I no longer have the privilege of working out with Michael (in the flesh), he remains a friend, a support and my trainer.
