My Fitness and Personal Training program is
an integrated approach to exercise that engages the body in natural
movement patterns that help burn fat, strengthen muscle and stay
injury free. These varied fitness and wellness modalities start
with very basic movements and progress with time. Vigorous fitness
plans are developed for those who have shown readiness or who
start at an advanced level. Whether your objective is to lose
weight or improve your abilities as an athlete, Thrive’s
fitness programs will help you achieve your goals.
